Blow's the bit that goes in the bucket, sort of.

I just think it's a list of items off which one can get battered, (bongs, beers, blow and buckets) with a bit of a lilt to the 'beer', as in, "Bongs, be-ey-yers, blow, buckets". One day it will all be clear, I'm sure.
