OK, so all this talk of GLC gigs is REALLY doing my head in! I've still got over seven weeks before I'll get to see them. :(

However, I will be seeing some other great bands before then:

Tomorrow night I'll be at the Garage in Glasgow to see KMFDM (I'll be wearing a threadbare Revolting Cocks 1990 tour t-shirt if anyone else will be there?) and a week on Monday I'll be in London to see my all-time favourite band, Skinny Puppy.

Anyone else going to see some non-GLC gigs?

Are there many Welsh reggae bands? If Llwybr Llaethog are playing then you ought to bug the people who asked you to work there and make sure you see them!

Thinking about doing the Leeds Festival and maybe the Ashton Court thing in Bristol, that's if I can get out of doing what is currently a 500 mile journey to Bristol that, for reasons which I shan't go into, begins in Norwich and explodes from the 200-odd mile direct route into a 500 mile journey of epic proportions that includes a minor diverson via North Yorkshire.

Coincidentally, I'm sure, the Chain are playing at both events.

Try Leeds or Bristol. Bristol ain't too far from your home town and Leeds'll just prove whether or not you're dedicated to the cause of all things safe and keeping it tidy.

Me too and there's no end in sight. Luckily, Bristol's a freebie so it just needs money for draw, fags and rizla, and the odd can of cider.
